"check my inbox"

Inbox overview

See unread messages grouped by priority — what needs action, what's FYI, what you can skip.

"triage my inbox"

Smart triage

Every unread email sorted into Action Required, FYI, or Skip with a one-line reason.

"search my email for..."

Email search

Find any email by sender, subject, date, or content. Natural language — no weird search syntax.

"draft a reply to..."

Draft replies

Compose replies that match the right tone. Saved as drafts — never sent without your review.

"make a todo from my emails"

Action items

Extracts every task, deadline, and request from your inbox into a structured to-do list.

FAQ

Common questions.

Quick answers to things people usually ask.

Yes, both. The plugin uses a connector system that works with whatever email MCP you connect. Gmail and Outlook are both supported through Claude's MCP registry.
Never. The plugin only creates drafts. You always review and hit send yourself. This is a hard rule built into the plugin.
No. The plugin uses OAuth (the "Sign in with Google/Microsoft" flow). It never sees your password. And everything runs locally on your machine.
Your email data stays on your machine. Nothing is sent to external servers. JSG doesn't have access to your inbox.

Inbox zero without the effort.

Download Email Inbox Manager and let Claude handle the noise.
